Cloudpeakify collects the information needed to run the store, process orders, provide downloads, and respond to support requests. Payment processing is handled by Shopify and its payment providers.

  • Collected data can include name, contact details, billing details, order information, support messages, and storefront analytics.
  • Full payment card details are not stored by Cloudpeakify.
  • Analytics may be used to measure traffic, product performance, conversions, and purchase experience.
  • We do not sell customer data as a standalone business model.
