Refund Policy

Cloudpeakify sells digital products delivered as downloadable ZIP files. Because access to digital files is provided immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once a product has been delivered or downloaded.

We may review refund requests in limited cases, including duplicate purchases, failed delivery, or materially defective files that cannot be reasonably resolved through support.

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, license summary, support boundaries, and compatibility notes.

All products are provided as technical working materials for review, adaptation, and internal use. They are not a managed service, legal advice, compliance certification, or guaranteed production deployment.
