Shipping Policy

Cloudpeakify sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped.

After purchase, customers receive access to downloadable digital files through Shopify and/or the configured digital download delivery app.

If you do not receive access to your download, check your order confirmation email and spam folder first. If the problem continues, contact support@cloudpeakify.com with your order number.

Because delivery is digital, physical shipping fees, carriers, tracking numbers, customs duties, and physical return shipping do not apply.
