Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from Cloudpeakify at store.cloudpeakify.com.

Cloudpeakify products are digital toolkits for technical teams. Products may include scripts, prompts, templates, documentation, workflows, examples, manifests, and checksums depending on the product.

Products are licensed for internal business and operational use by the purchasing customer. Resale, redistribution, repackaging, public sharing, uploading to public repositories, or bundling into another commercial product is not permitted without written permission from Cloudpeakify.

Customers are responsible for reviewing, testing, and adapting all materials before use. Products are not legal advice, compliance certification, managed services, security guarantees, or production deployment guarantees.
